Clean the column with ethanol 20% and make a slow back and forth movement. Then leave the column straight and leave 1 cm of ethanol above the resin.

ABE FRANCE provides free of charge of all materials and reagents needed to train the students in their high schools. Training and ABE curriculum are also free of charge.

The ABE France program run in close collaboration with the French Ministry of Education. The Ministry of Education selects teachers participating in ABE programs. Please contact your academic inspectors.

Every secondary school, located across the Paris region who is interested in learning biotechnologies. During the 2019-2020 school year, more than 1000 students and 150+ teachers at nearly 30 schools participated in the program in France.
