Elaine has joint responsibility for the overall programme and resource management. She has a primary degree in applied sciences and a M.Sc. in science communication. Elaine has considerable expertise in managing science engagement programmes for a wide range of audiences. She also delivers lectures and workshops on aspects of science communication to undergraduate and graduate students in science, medicine and biotechnology.

Anna is the coordinator the ABE Ireland programme. She has an undergraduate degree in Immunology and an MSc in Science and Health Communication. Anna is very passionate about science engagement. In 2021 she was the Dublin Manager for Pint of Science in Ireland, in 2022 she was Co-Director of Pint of Science Ireland, and since the summer of 2022 she has sat on the board of the SCI:COM conference. Alongside her role in UCD, Anna also occasionally writes for the Medical Independent about new scientific discoveries relevant to health and disease.

Ananya Ramesh moved to Ireland to pursue her Master's degree in Biological and Biomolecular Sciences at UCD, after completing her Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and has a strong passion for teaching and education. Currently, she works as a lab technician for Amgen Biotech Experience, where she interacts with teachers and students, combining her scientific knowledge with her love for teaching.
