Welcome to our ABE Teacher of the Month Spotlight, where we recognize outstanding educators across the greater Los Angeles area who demonstrate a strong and consistent commitment to STEM education.
Today, we’re excited to feature an educator who has inspired thousands of students in the fields of Biology and Biotechnology. Recognized for her dedication to science education, she was named Teacher of the Year at her school in 2022 and continues to create meaningful opportunities for students through hands-on lab experiences and STEM initiatives.
She leads her school’s biotechnology program, advises multiple student organizations, and serves as the advisor for the student-founded AI-Med Club, which explores the intersection of artificial intelligence and medicine.
