Kit/Consumable Reservations 2025-2026

The reservation system will be open to trained teachers during the following periods during the 2025-2026 school year:

  • July 16-Sept. 5: You can request materials/kits for August-May

  • Nov. 3-Nov. 7: You can request materials/kits for January-May

  • Jan. 26-Jan. 30: You can request materials/kits for March-May

Kits must be picked up/dropped off on Tuesdays specified on the Pick-up/Drop-off schedule below.

Consumables-only reservations can be picked up on either a Pick-up or Drop-off date.

Once you have identified the request dates that align with your class pacing, please:

  • Check to make sure that the kit you would like to request is available on this calendar (consumables may be available even if it looks like all spaces are reserved).
  • Complete the Reservation Request Form.
  • We will get back to you as soon as possible about your request. Your reservation is not complete until you receive a confirmation email from us and your reservation appears on this calendar.
